My Conditions of Use
They are pretty simple
Any thing you buy or that is free that is marked CU or commercial use can be use for commercial use and or personal use.
You can use/sell these items in your scrap kits, make layouts, make tags use them to make myspace comments anything your heart desires.
Just do not repackage and sell them again.

You may make things for yourself to use. You can use the items to make anything you want as long as you are the one and only person that is going to be using the item you made.

Tutorial writers can use both CU and Personal Use items just be sure to link to my blog for the kit.
